Jeff grew up in the Montrose/Olathe area, graduated from Olathe high school, attended Mesa State College, and married Lark, his high school sweetheart and best friend of 34-years. Jeff enjoys anything that involves time with family.

Jeff's success in real estate can be attributed to many things. "20 years as a driver with United Parcel Service created many lasting relationships. Real estate is a contact business, so growing up in this area, working at UPS, owning and operating a restaurant, AT&T cellular retail stores, an elk Ranch and being involved in the community has been a huge advantage."

Commercial real estate clients appreciate Jeff's business sense because of his previous background owning and operating several successful businesses in the region.

When it comes to agricultural property, owning a ranch gave him the experience with ranching and most importantly, water rights.
